Hi there!  Welcome to my blog.

A little about me… I am an avid reader, globe trotting single mom. I decided to start this blog as a travel journal as well as a place to share my adventures with anyone who is interested. As a single parent, I always thought that traveling would be out of the question but I was wrong.  I have taken several small trips over the years and got serious about travel in 2012 right before I turned 35.

Since 2012, I have taken numerous trips solo and with family.  My goal with this blog is to not only travel back in time and show those trips, but to also talk about future trips as well as current adventures.  I’ll be all over the place… and probably not grammatically correct. I apologize in advance as I have a degree in Art, not English.  🙂
